Ihre Aufgaben

Unterstützung des Commercial & Transaction Teams im Bereich Land-Entwicklung
Erstellung von Immobilien- und Grundstücksbewertungen
Begleitung von An- und Verkaufsprozessen
Durchführung von Due Diligence Prüfungen und Koordination von Dienstleistern
Erarbeitung von Markt- und Standortanalysen
Erstellen von Investorenpräsentationen für die jeweiligen Fonds der DLE
Aufbereitung und Unterstützung beim Quartals Reporting
Research Arbeit über das aktuelle deutsche und europäische Investmentumfeld
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Senior Management

Ihr Profil

Sie verfügen über einige Semester der Betriebswirtschaft, des/der Immobilienmanagements/ Immobilienwirtschaft oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs.
Sie haben bestmöglich bereits erste praktische Berufserfahrung im Bereich Transaktion, Real Estate, Finance und/oder Investment.
Sie arbeiten eigenverantwortlich, präzise, strukturiert und leistungsorientiert.
Sie sind tatkräftig, haben unternehmerisches Denken und sind offen für neue Ideen.
Sie verfügen über sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse und sind vertraut mit Finanzkalkulationen (DCF-Modellierung).
Sie überzeugen durch sehr gute Deutsch-, Englisch Kenntnisse.

Your mission

Supporting the Commercial & Transaction team in the area of land development
Preparation of property and land valuations
Support for purchase and sales processes
Carrying out due diligence checks and coordinating service providers
Preparation of market and location analyses
Preparation of investor presentations for the respective DLE funds
Preparation of and support with quarterly reporting
Research work on the current German and European investment environment
Close co-operation with senior management

Your profile

You have several semesters of business administration, real estate management/real estate economics or a comparable degree programme.
Ideally, you already have some practical work experience in the areas of transactions, real estate, finance and/or investment.
You work independently, precisely, in a structured and performance-orientated manner.
You are energetic, have an entrepreneurial mindset and are open to new ideas.
You have very good MS Office skills and are familiar with financial calculations (DCF modelling).
You have a very good command of German and English.
