Ihre Aufgaben

Die Periskop Development GmbH, vormals Land Development GmbH, ist auf das Schaffen von Bau- und Planungsrecht spezialisiert und verwaltet zurzeit ein Vermögen von rund 2,2 Milliarden Euro in Deutschland. Dabei entwickelt Periskop individuelle Lösungen und Konzepte für die Projekte und für die Fondsgesellschafter – in der Regel institutionelle Investoren, darunter viele Pensionskassen und Versorgungswerke aus Deutschland – unter Berücksichtigung der jeweiligen städtebaulichen und landschaftsplanerischen Belange.

Prüfung und Vorbereitung beim An- und Verkauf von Investment-Opportunitäten, Identifizierung von potenziellen Investitionsgrundstücken
Aufbau und Netzwerkpflege zu Grundstückseigentümern, Bauträgern, Maklern und potenziellen Investoren
Verhandlung von Akquisitions- und Verkaufsprozessen sowie Grundstücksankäufen
Erstellung von Lage - und Machbarkeitsanalysen sowie detaillierter Investitionsrechnungen
Erarbeitung von Investment-Memoranden als Entscheidungsvorlage
Durchführung der Due Diligence einschließlich Steuerung und Koordination sowie Auswahl, Koordination und Überwachung von externen Dienstleistern für die technische, rechtliche und steuerliche Objektprüfung

Ihr Profil

Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, des/der Immobilienmanagements/Immobilienwirtschaft oder ein vergleichbares Studium.
Sie haben tiefgreifende und umfassende Erfahrung im Bereich Transaktionen und Investmentmanagement mit Fokus auf die Projekt- und Landentwicklung.
Ihre Kenntnisse im Financial Modelling sind fundiert und Sie können Investitionsprojekte eigenständig bewerten.
Sie bringen ein sicheres Verständnis hinsichtlich der Schritte zur Schaffung von Bauplanungsrecht mit.
Sie sind eine selbstständige, präzise arbeitende und leistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Kommunikations-, Durchsetzungs- sowie Präsentationsstärke.
Sie überzeugen durch Ihre Tatkraft, Umsetzungsstärke, Ihr unternehmerisches Denken und Ihr Gespür für Opportunitäten.
Sie treten gegenüber Geschäftspartnern und Kollegen professionell, sympathisch und seriös auf.

Your mission

Land Development GmbH specialises in the creation of construction and planning law and currently manages assets of around 2.2 billion euros in Germany. As the European market leader for sustainable neighbourhood developments, our aim is to create value for investors and society through innovative and responsible investments.
DLE develops individual solutions and concepts for the projects and for the fund shareholders - usually institutional investors, including many pension funds and pension schemes from Germany - taking into account the respective urban development and landscape planning requirements.
We are looking to strengthen our Investment Management department as soon as possible.

Preparation and implementation of purchase and sales processes, including the identification of potential development and investment properties
Preparation of comprehensive location and market analyses as well as detailed investment calculations
Preparation of investment memoranda as a sound basis for management decisions
Supporting and conducting negotiations during acquisition and sales processes
Carrying out due diligence, including managing and coordinating the technical, legal and tax-related property inspection as well as selecting and monitoring external service providers
Data room management in the course of purchase and sale transactions
Building and maintaining a strong network with property owners, authorities, service providers and potential investors

Your profile

You have a degree in business administration, property management or a comparable course of study.
You have at least 3 years of experience in transactions and investment management with a focus on project and land development.
Your knowledge of financial modelling is sound and you can evaluate investment projects independently.
You have a sound understanding of the steps involved in creating planning law.
You are an independent, precise and performance-orientated person with strong communication, assertiveness and presentation skills.
You are characterised by your drive, your ability to implement, your entrepreneurial thinking and your sense for opportunities.
You are professional, personable and serious in your dealings with business partners and colleagues.
