Your mission

Our Head of Data and Technology is looking for a motivated team member to help drive databaseddecision-making and implement innovative AI solutions.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Explore the world of AI: Support our team in gradually integrating artificial intelligence into our processes – and learn how modern tools are applied in real-world business environments.
  • Turn data into insights: Help prepare complex data from various sources (e.g., Excel, SharePoint) and transform them into clear analyses and compelling presentations.
  • Be part of the action: Contribute to exciting projects in data management and automation (using platforms such as Power Automate, Langdock or Claude), and bring your own ideas to the table.
  • Keep projects on track: Assist with classic PMO tasks – coordinating activities, documenting requirements, and preparing and following up on meetings.

Your profile

  • You are currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Informatics, Data Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field.
  • You have a strong analytical mindset and enjoy turning data into meaningful insights.
  • You work in a structured, reliable, and proactive manner and are eager to expand your knowledge.
  • You communicate confidently within a team and are ready to take ownership of smaller projects or workstreams.
  • Prior experience with AI tools, databases, or automation platforms (e.g., Power Automate, Langdock) is a plus – but curiosity and willingness to learn matter most.
  • You have good German skills (at least B2) and are comfortable communicating in English
