Your mission

  • Full responsibility for day-to-day HR administration throughout the employee lifecycle
  • Drafting and amending employment contracts, contract amendments, certificates and other HR documents
  • Managing our HR system Personio, including maintaining HR master data and digital employee files
  • Preparing monthly payroll in Datev in collaboration with our external payroll provider
  • Organisation and coordination of HR related processes such as onboarding, offboarding, recruitment, etc.
  • Contribution to the further development, standardisation and digitalisation of HR processes
  • First point of contact for employees and managers regarding administrative and organisational HR matters

Your profile

  • Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or a related field; alternatively, a commercial apprenticeship with a focus on HR
  • Both career starters and experienced HR generalists are welcome – the right mindset is what counts
  • A meticulous, structured and reliable approach to work with high standards of quality
  • A strong service-oriented attitude, excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
  • Willingness to take on responsibility and to drive and shape projects independently
  • Very good German and English skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Personio
