- Analysis and review of real estate, real estate debt, and mezzanine investments throughout the entire investment cycle
- Support and monitoring of real estate mezzanine investments, including active management of workout situations and restructuring measures
- Development and maintenance of financial models (Excel modeling) for the valuation of investment properties, cash flow analyses, and scenario calculations
- Conducting market, location, and property analyses, as well as monitoring the competitive landscape in the real estate and real estate debt sectors
- Drafting investment memoranda, decision-making documents, and presentations for internal committees and investors
- Assisting with the review and oversight of real estate development projects, as well as the fundamentals of obtaining building permits
- Close collaboration and coordination with the Asset Management, Fund Management, and Legal departments

Your profile
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, finance, real estate, business mathematics, or a related field
- At least 2 years of professional experience in real estate, real estate debt, or mezzanine capital, ideally with a real estate investment manager, a bank, or a credit fund
- In-depth knowledge of structuring and analyzing real estate financing, ideally with a focus on development, as well as experience handling workout and restructuring situations
- Excellent Excel skills and experience in financial modeling (cash flow models,
- sensitivity analyses, waterfall structures)
- Knowledge of real estate development and the fundamentals of obtaining building permits is desirable
- Analytical thinking, a structured and precise approach to work, and a strong aptitude for numbers
- An independent, performance-oriented individual with an entrepreneurial mindset and a keen sense for opportunities
- A professional, personable, and trustworthy demeanor toward business partners and colleagues
- Excellent written and spoken German and good written and spoken English
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
